I bought this bright ray of sunshine dress below by Christopher John Rogers. Now I need a party. The 25-year-old designer has dressed some notable celebrities including Lady Gaga, Zendaya, Michelle Obama, Kamala Harris and Tracee Ellis Ross among others. He won the CFDA/Vogue Fashion Fund award back in 2019 and the 2020 CFDA American Emerging Designer of the Year, so the fashion industry has acknowledged this rising star and, now with his Target collection, so will the masses.
