I am massively impressed by Emily Weiss. My first encounter (and probably yours but you may not have even realized it) with her was when she was on MTV's The Hills.  At the time she was interning at Teen Vogue.   She went on to grab my attention ( and 1.5 million unique visitors a month) with her beauty blog, Into The Gloss.  Now, she has built a beauty empire targeted at 18-35-year-olds that's gone global.  Yes, I'm not in her target market, but I do use some of Glossier's products. You don't have to be 18 to appreciate a good businesswoman and great marketing. I'm looking forward to new scent You can read more about the future of Glossier here and here.  You can also read about their latest campaign for their Body Hero products—an oil body wash and a creamy lotion here and here

Here's are some of my favorite street style shots that aren't too fashion forward that I can recreate with items in my wardrobe.

Here's the latest drugstore product I bought that I'm interested to try and see if it delivers.  It's from Revlon's new Youth FX line. This primer targets face and neck wrinkles and with diffusers that work to fill in and blur lines and wrinkles. Let's see if it lives up to its promise. The reviews are mixed, but I'm willing to give it a try.  Revlon has a whole new line of Youth FX products - concealer, foundation, a primer for face and neck and one for your forehead. So, if I like this, I may buy some of the other products. Let's give it a whirl.
