I wanted a pointy heels to wear with pants that have more volume, and these were on promo. I bought the black and they look far better in person. Also saved me a pretty penny because I fell in love with a pair of Toteme heels that were $$.

Barn and field jackets are the IT jacket and I was looking to upgrade from my unlined trench. While I like shorter jackets, they have a shorter season. In addition, If I wear a blazer, it hangs out the bottom, so a longer version made sense for me. This one has a built in vest, which makes it a great fall coat when wool is too much. I bought the tan with the contrasting collar in an XS.

I saw Sarah Paulson wearing this skirt at J Crew’s NYFW party and immediately went to try it on. It’s a dark navy that only looks navy in photos. I took my smaller size or a 4, which they didn’t have, so it’s on its way.
