The Sunday seven
I love this set that includes a dinner, salad and dessert plate. These are basic with the best elevated twist.
In this week’s save vs. splurge situation, I opted for the save version since I can’t wear them all year long and they are on sale.
I have a pant similar to these in black crepe but they have a wider leg and small pleats that I love. They don’t wrinkle and you look pulled together but comfortable, so I thought I’d try these in mocha since I have something similar in black. I’m going back to work in the office in October and this pair will help with the transition. If they are really good, I’ll get them in black too. I plan to wear them with creams, browns and navy.
I have the bold camel stripe button down below and I love it, so I bought the black bold striped because it’s similar - a classic with a bit of a statement stripe - and I know I’ll wear it a lot. I plan to wear it with black denim and an oversized black blazer or cardigan.
This $30 dress is the deal of the week. I posted in my Instagram feed if you want to see it on someone who is not a model. It really doesn’t start to get cold in NYC until Nov. or Dec., so I think this jade color is a great fall color without the weight. It runs big and it’s voluminous, so I like it better with a belt. It will look cute with items I have including a black or brown belt, paired with black or brown boots and a black or brown leather jacket.
I love a twofer. I love that this jacket is reversible, so you can change it based on your outfit and mood.
It’s hard to think about sweaters when you need to take two showers in a day but these two caught my eye. One satisfies my casual side and the other is a bit dressier. Now that I will have a hybrid work schedule, both work.
Thanks for visiting.
