What's Chic This Week
Here are a few items I picked up over the past few weeks for spring.
I’m a sucker for a white dress. I tried this one on and immediately fell head over heels. I had a similar one at home, but that one’s sleeveless, so I could justify adding another white dress to my wardrobe.
While I was trying on the dress above, I noticed this beautiful skirt nearby. I was rushing, so I didn’t have time to try it on — perhaps that was for the best.
I didn’t see this one in the store, but this is another pretty option worth considering. Throw on a white tee and a cardigan over your shoulders and you’re good to go.
I bought this one in navy in a size small — it’s a reliable basic that goes with almost everything.
This is a cute one. Thought I’d need a larger size, but small fit fine. It ran too long for my short body and hit me at a weird spot.
I was really disappointed this one didn’t work out for me because I was between sizes. It’s incredibly pretty.
I bought this cashmere relaxed tee in black and now I want it in cream and grey. I sized down from a small to an XXS.
I bought these linen pants in black and cream in petite. I already own the same style in other fabrics, so I figured I’d like the linen version too — and I was right. I love them. They are also available in other colors.
I bought the brown one. They refined last year’s version, which used far too much material. I still sized down.
It’s nothing on the hanger but looks great on. It’s a great upgrade for a t-shirt. I bought the black. I love a boatneck.
I need to try these.
I bought this one in a small size. It also comes in several other colors.
These were a bit of a splurge. I honestly expected to hate them and send them back. I wanted to see if they lived up to the hype — and, to my surprise, they absolutely did. They are lightweight and extremely comfortable. I had a difficult time choosing the color and pattern, so I went with black to span a few seasons.
Thanks for visiting.
