The Sunday eight
I bought this drapey and relaxed blazer in black but I intend to get it in one of the other colors because it’s that good. I love it because it’s the perfect combo of casual and professional. I plan to wear it with jeans or pants I have because the matching pants didn’t work.
As I mentioned above, I didn’t get the pants that match the blazer above because the store only had regular fit. They weren’t right on my frame because the proportions were off for petites. The waist was way too high, the hips didn’t hit where my hips are and they were too long. They are available in petite though.
I bought this perfectly oversized, substantial weight and very versatile basic in a size 4.
I bought this blazer in a size 4 also. This one is lightweight, so it’s great with layers now and when the weather is a lot warmer, just throw it on with a tee.
This was a surprise love. It’s simple and elegant. It’s a slim fit but I still took a size small. I’m considering buying it in white. It’s a great day to night top.
This blazer also has matching pants. I bought the blazer and may purchase the pants. It’s the same substantial weight and oversized shape as the white double breasted blazer above. The color is a bit darker in person, which I liked because I wasn’t looking for a pastel blazer just yet. I want to be able to wear this with black and anything lighter would be too harsh with black. I bought this in a size 4 also.
I have this classic belt in black and loved it, so I bought it in brown to pair with lighter spring colors.
I finally bought these after admiring them for two years. I follow a few influencers that have them, so I looked to see how they styled them to see if they would work with my wardrobe. I love the way they add edge to everything. They are comfortable with and without socks, walkable and look great with pants and skirts. I bought them in a 7.5, which surprised me. I usually have to size up in European shoes. I’ve always been practical but the pandemic reinforced that if something isn’t comfortable or too fussy, I’ll pass.
