My hit list
I wanted the Roxanne Assoulin rainbow bracelets that were popular last summer but they were too expensive in my opinion for a seasonal item. Now, Bauble Bar and Shashi have some cute alternatives for this summer. I just bought this.

I’m not one to show too much skin. Even when I could wear a short skirt or something low cut when I was younger I didn’t. I also don’t have any parties to attend, but I fell in love with this dress anyway. Crossing my fingers it works out.
I just received the yellow floral version of this skirt today. The pattern is gorgeous. I think it will look great with a white tee, a jean jacket and sneakers or flats.
I’m a nostalgic person, so when I saw this Lacoste I immediately put it on my hit list. I love the ultimate preppy look in the summer and this Lacoste is essential to achieving it. It supposedly runs small, so I hope it works.
I recently bought my first pair of Levis since I was a kid. I kept reading about people loving the wedgie fit, so I had to try it. I first tried the wedgie straight version ( see previous blog post) because I typically go for a straight leg and bought them. I figured if I liked them, I would try the wedgie Icon fit that has a more tapered leg. It was a happy coincidence that I saw a sale for 20 percent off on Levi.com, so I bought wedgie straight in a deep black and the wedgie icon in bright side, a light wash. They are button fly and low stretch, so I took the larger of my jean sizes. They really do make your butt look better.
