What's Chic This Week

I posted this before but I finally bought it because I went to try it on. I bought it in an xs. I’m typically a small but the v was too deep. I wanted something to wear when I don’t want to wear my black tee. Also, it pairs nicely with the pants below.

I didn’t buy these linen pants in previous years because I didn’t like the fit. Something changed. I’m so glad I tried them on when I went to the store. These run big because I bought a size xs, and I’m typically a small. They can easily be worn to work if you don’t show the pull tie, which I feel makes them too casual. I’m pairing them with a silk shell, kitten heels and a blazer. I’ll pair them with the top above on the weekends.

I have this blazer in yellow, so when I saw that it went on sale I bought it in white. It’s a very bright white, which I love. It looks great with a tank or tee, lighter jeans and heels. It’s the perfect work to event jacket. Because it’s a tuxedo blazer but not one that’s too formal, you can wear it casually but it elevates anything that you pair it with.

Such a cute suit that’s not a suit. The pants are the same as the linen pants above, so they look great on their own and can be very casual. However, when paired with this blazer, that’s now on sale, can be elevated.

A sleek and clean jean skirt that’s another work to weekend workhorse.

I would wear this with a cami or tank to maintain the fabulous neckline.
