So many sales

I went for a sweater and a pair of pants and here’s what I left with during J. Crew’s 40 percent off sale. #Weak.

I have a pair of Birdies and they feel like you are walking on clouds. These are great if you plan to wear an unembellished pants outfit ( a tux jacket and velvet pants) for the holidays. Let the shoes and a pair of earrings do the talking.

The Sephora Holiday Bonus event sale ends on 11/11. The code is HOLIDAYSAVE. It’s 20 percent off for Rouge members and 15 percent for VIB and Insiders. Here are all my regular purchases that I highly recommend. I’ve finished each several times and keep going back for more. Feel free to ask me questions.

My strategy for this sale is that I typically stock up on what I use every day and add one or two products that are new. The only new items I’m trying this time are ILia color block high impact lipstick in flame. I wanted to try a clean lipstick. I’m a loyal user of Laura Mercier Caviar Stick Eye Shadow in Moonlight and the metallic taupe is pretty similar, so it’s worth the risk. The caviar sticks stay all day, don’t transfer and are so easy to apply.

Baublebar is having an early Black Friday sale on headbands. Choose two for $20. Headbands can elevate a blah outfit. They also help on a bad hair day. A win either way.

I don’t need these but I’m crushing on them.
